21 Days Gratitude Challenge

Being grateful for the small/ big things, wins, challenges, situations and people in your life will shift your current state of mood. This can be such a profound exercise when practiced frequently, if not daily. This simple practice on a daily basis even when you feel you have nothing to be thankful for, can shift your energies from “lack of” to “feeling abundant”.

How does it get any better than that?

You must have heard the saying, “What we think, we say, we believe, we feel and then we become”. This means that when you think “I am not good enough, you will start to say this in your conversations subtly, and you will then start believing this story. Because this starts to become a subtle belief, everything you do and say then energetically speaks “I am not good enough”.

Focusing on the “lack”, invites more of it as this is, by focusing on what is right even during the most challenging times, you invite more abundance.

The aim of this challenge is for you to start practicing gratitude as part of your daily habits, it takes 21 days to form a habit and during this time I will hold you accountable each day, encouraging you to show up to the challenge and share what you are grateful for. When you share this out loud you not only open up your throat chakra but you affirm to the universe that you would like more of the good things and experiences.

Advantages of adopting an attitude for gratitude:
-
Begin to perceive things from a fresh angle
-
A shift in mindset and emotional state
-
Enhances feelings of stability
-
Triggers the release of dopamine
-
Attracts an increased sense of abundance in your life and experiences
The shifts when practicing this daily are so profound, you will start being thankful for the smallest thing around you even if it’s witnessing a squirrel having a chestnut, because you feel joyous.

The challenge also aims for you to release pain from those painful situations, hurt and betrayal from loved ones in the past and to invite more harmony about those experiences.
